Katie Willem is a Public Relations and English double major at the University of Alabama. She’s a student reporter for Alabama Public Radio, and a novelist-wannabe. Her hopes for her experiences on this blog, as well as in Dr. Cardon’s class, are that she becomes just enough of a food snob to impress her friends at dinner parties. Post-graduation, she plans to find an internship with the Disney company and hopes to become more than a wannabe-novelist.
